Refund policy
We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn't quite right you’ve got 14 days to return it to us, from the date your order is delivered. After that, we will be unable to accept your return.
All we ask is that items are in an unused, resaleable, condition - and still fitted with their original tags and disclaimer label (blazers & trousers). If an item is rejected upon inspection of the return, it will be sent back to you via a 2nd class postal service.
We do not accept exchanges - items will need to be returned and a new order made for the item you wish to replace it with.
United Kingdom
As we are a start-up brand, returns will be at your own cost. We suggest using your local post office and a tracked delivery service so that you are able to track your return. We can only refund orders that arrive back to us - we can't take any responsibility for parcels that are lost whilst being returned.

International
To request an international return, please email us at customerservice@goodbasicsclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the steps to return your item. We offer a DHL return service to ensure a smooth and efficient process for sending your item back to us.
We have tried our best to make international shipping and returns as economical as possible. We have subsidised the return costs but as a start-up brand these are the best rates we are able to offer.
