ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing typically takes 1-2 working days, prior to delivery. Please note, during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and dispatched

UK

We currently offer the below shipping services:

Yodel 48 tracked shipping delivered within 2-3 days at a cost of £4.00.

Please note, shipping time is in addition to the processing time.

International

Upon arrival in your country, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and administrative fees. goodbasicsclub are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur.  If you are based in the European Union, please be aware of the new customs charge before purchasing.

If you refuse this charge, you will not be refunded the shipping cost nor the customs charge when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of this parcel, please make sure you are aware of any duties, taxes and administrative fees before purchasing.

We ship worldwide using Fedex and the costs are below:

Europe - £18 (5-7 working days)

Worldwide - £23 (7-10 working days)

Terms and Conditions

Any delivery disputes must be reported to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. Goodbasicsclub cannot take responsibility for, nor replace, missing packages that are not flagged within this time frame. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Return to Sender: If you choose to return your item due to unpaid duties and taxes or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item itself, minus any charges incurred by the courier for returning the goods. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
